Pricing
What you get and what it costs.
All of it, on this page. There’s no quote to request and nothing that changes once we start.
01 / Included
The site, and its upkeep.
One place, one site, one address to email. Everything below is covered by the set-up and the monthly fee together.
Written by hand
No page builder, no plugins. Opens on a phone in a second, even on a weak signal.
Hosting, domain, SSL
A domain registered in your name and renewed. If you already have one, I move it across. No separate bills.
Hours, address, phone, directions
On the first screen. Matching your Google listing, so nobody ends up at a locked door.
What you offer, with prices
A menu, a treatment list, a catalogue — whatever you sell. Readable without zooming.
An enquiry form
A booking, an appointment, an order for a day. Lands in your inbox with the date and the details.
Changes within 48 hours
Prices, hours, photos, a holiday closure. Email me — done within 48 hours, no limit.
Fixes
If something breaks, it gets fixed. That isn’t billed separately.
A short monthly note
How many people called, tapped directions or sent an enquiry. One email, no login.
What isn’t included
Online stores, live booking and online ordering. I don’t build those. If you use Toast, Square, ChowNow, OpenTable, Booksy or your own system, you keep it and the site links people to it in one tap.
Photography. I work with what you have, and I’ll tell you straight when a phone photo taken near a window would do better.
Ads and social media. Not what I do.
02 / Prices
Stated up front, before you ask.
I’m not the cheapest, and that isn’t the point. You’re paying for two people you know by name: Jordan, who built the site, and Dima, who changes it when you need.
Paid by card through Stripe. Never a transfer to a private account. A receipt by email every time.
Nothing changes after that. No contract — cancelling is one email, with no fee and no final invoice. Details: refund policy.
03 / Questions
The questions people actually ask.
The awkward ones included. If yours isn’t here, write to me — the answer will be in the same tone.
Is this only for restaurants?
No. A florist, a clinic, a salon, a workshop, a shop — any place people check on their phone before they come in. I’ve built the most for restaurants because that is where I started, and you can see that on the work page.
The site itself works the same for all of them: what you offer, when you’re open, how to get there, how to call. What changes is the vocabulary — menu, price list, catalogue — not the job.
I’ve never heard of you. How do I know this isn’t a scam?
Fair question, and you should ask it. Every site I’ve built is listed by name and city on the work page, so you can look those places up yourself without taking my word for it.
Payment goes through Stripe on a card. I never ask for a bank transfer to a private account, cash in hand, or gift cards. And you see your own site working before any money changes hands.
How does the free preview work?
Tell me what you run and where, and I’ll build a working site for your place and send you the link. Free, no obligation — you can open it on your phone and show someone. It’s a working page, not a picture of one.
Sometimes I build one on my own initiative before getting in touch, so the first message from me already has a link in it. Either way: if you don’t want to go further, it comes down and you don’t owe me anything for it.
Who actually builds my site?
There are two of us at Webrion. I’m Jordan — I talk to you first, to find out what you run and what the site actually has to do, and then I write it myself, first line to launch.
After launch, Dima looks after it: regular updates and the changes you ask for — new prices, hours, photos. No agency, no subcontractors, no ticket queue. Two people know your site by name, and both of them answer.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the photos and text are yours.
If you ever leave, I hand over the transfer code so you can move the domain to any registrar, and I send you the site files. Nothing is held hostage.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site stays up for the month you’ve paid for, then comes down. You keep the domain and I’ll send you the files.
There’s no cancellation fee and no final invoice. Cancel by email.
Do I have to supply photos?
You don’t have to. If you have photos, I’ll use them — phone photos included. If you don’t, I build the site so it works without a gallery: what you offer, your hours, directions and a phone number are enough for someone to decide.
I’ll also tell you straight when one photo taken near a window in daylight would do more than anything else I could fix on the page. I don’t do photography and I don’t charge for it.
Can I update it myself?
You don’t need to, and there’s deliberately no dashboard to log into. Just send the new prices or the new hours — a photo of a printed sheet, a PDF, a plain email — and it’s live within 48 hours, as many times a month as you need.
A dashboard sounds good right up until you have to come back to it six months later and remember the password. I make an exception where it earns its place: a florist whose bouquets change daily got a simple photo panel — because 48 hours is too long for flowers.
Why is this cheaper than the agency that quoted me?
Two people, working from home, with no office and no agency overhead. Most of what an agency charges pays for people you’d never speak to.
I also don’t build online stores, booking systems or online ordering, which is where a lot of the cost normally goes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It’s month to month, and you cancel by sending me an email.
I already have a website. Do I need this?
Maybe not. If your current site loads quickly on a phone, shows the right hours and has this year’s prices on it, keep it.
I raise it because quite often one of those three is wrong, and it usually shows within a minute. If yours are all fine, I’ll say so and leave it there.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes — that’s how this always starts. I build the preview first, you look at it, and money only comes up once you tell me it’s right.
That preview is the site — not a mockup or a template with your logo dropped on it. If you already got a link from me, that’s the one.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell me what’s wrong and I’ll change it. That happens before any money, and there’s no limit on it.
If it’s still not right, we shake hands and stop. You won’t have paid anything.
Can the site take online orders or bookings?
I don’t build those myself — they’re hard to do well and the good ones already exist. If you use Toast, Square, ChowNow, OpenTable, Booksy or your own booking system, you keep it and the site links people straight to it in one tap.
Rebuilding that would cost you more and work worse.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You get a receipt by email each time.
I don’t take cash, gift cards or anything that can’t be reversed, and I never ask for a transfer to a private account. If someone claiming to be me ever asks for one of those, it isn’t me.
Contact
See your site before you pay for it.
Two sentences about your place and an address — I’ll send back a working site to look at. Free, no obligation. You’ll hear back from me, not an assistant, and if it isn’t a fit I’ll say so instead of selling.
