I’m Jordan. I build these myself.

There are two of us. I’m Jordan — I talk to you first, about what you run and what the site has to do for you, and I build every site myself, start to finish. Dima looks after it once it’s live: regular updates and the changes you ask for.

Webrion isn’t an agency. There’s no team of developers, no subcontractors, and no account manager passing things along. Once you’re a client, you deal with the two of us — and nobody else.

When you email, it’s read by someone who knows your site — not a ticketing system. There’s no ticket number and no queue. If the prices or the hours need changing, you tell us and Dima has it live within 48 hours.

At an agency you’d be client number three hundred and something, sitting in a queue behind bigger accounts. I’d rather work with a small number of places I actually know the names of. That’s why a change takes two days instead of two weeks.

I talk to the owner, or whoever runs the place day to day — because they’re the one who knows what changes and when the hours move. I don’t need a brief or a kickoff meeting. What you offer, a few photos and your opening hours is enough.

I started with restaurants and it shows on the work page: four places in Texas, restaurants and cafés in Poznań, Katowice, Racibórz, Bielsko-Biała and Złotów. A florist in Bełchatów taught me the approach is the same for any place people walk into: work out what the site actually has to do, build exactly that, and keep it current.
